The curative properties of green tea are proven by many studies. The first group was given benzoyl peroxide based products, while the second group tried a cream containing 3% extract of green tea. The first group reported more side effects than the second. Those using green tea extract had less allergenic effects and skin itching. In addition to that, the aspect of the skin from the patients in the second group ameliorated faster.

This study is quite recent, thus many of the findings are not yet given as certain. However, given the well known benefic properties of green tea, these conclusions can be valid. Another effective natural remedy is tea tree extract. There are many products available on the market which contain tea tree extract in combination with green tea extract.

Due to its moisturizing and anti-bacterial properties, the olive oil can be successfully used in the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema and acne. This is why, before spending all your money on expensive, chemical-based skin care products, you should try this wonder oil or some natural products which contain it.

Olive oil can be used on your entire body. Apply it on your nails and cuticles to give them more strength, massage your scalp with it and you will see how your hair will grow shinier or put some oil drops into your bathwater to moisturize all your skin.
